Our hotels are recognized for being clean, friendly, dependable and most importantly, affordable What you will be doing The Manager of Franchise Administration is responsible for various projects related to the franchise business, including, but are not limited to, coordination and quality control for the day-to-day activities related to compliance and franchise transactions. The Manager of Franchise Administration will provide support and build relationships with our franchise partners. The role requires strong communication and relationship building skills, advanced level computer skills, and strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, be detail oriented, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The “top six @ 6” Manage, coordinate and quality control of the Legal Franchise Administration support team in areas such as New Franchise Agreements, Franchise agreement renewals and more. Directs internal/external Franchise communications to ensure consistent messaging Works closely with Brand Performance Support to provide analysis for day-to-day and ongoing strategies to improve performance Works closely with Development and finance to support day-to-day and ongoing strategies to achieve net unit growth Maintains and updates franchise legal files, databases and reports. Provides oversight to ensure quality check process is being followed for all franchise contracts; Provides recommendations to senior management for franchise contract related matters What we are searching for Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, take initiative and work within the appropriate level of independence Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent oral, written communication skills and organizational skills Ability to Communicate effectively with customers, and other employees Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, and other employees We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: High-school graduate / some college preferred 2 office / administrative years experience required Ability to develop and maintain Microsoft Office documents: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Explorer Familiar with electronic databases Have strong communication and organizational skills Oral and written communication skills to provide consistent coverage to mail, phone calls, emails and team members.
