Motel 6 Tallahassee – Night Manager
Our Motel 6 location in Tallahassee, FL has an immediate need for a Night Manager. This team member is crucial to our success working closely with the General Manager to ensure the property is running smoothly and both guests and employees are taken care of. The Night Manager will manage the property at Night when the General Manager is off or away from the property. They will also play an integral part in the training, performance management, and ongoing development of the property’s team members. Night Managers will function in all aspects of the property including keeping property safe, Making hourly rounds of the Location, guest services and occasional maintenance.

The person selected for this role will have:
- 1 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Shift Supervisor, Department Head, etc.– preferably in a fast food, retail or hospitality environment.
- Exposure to managing a team
- Computer efficiency including basic to intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Passion for customer service
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Proven ability to coach and counsel team members
Also, Background and/or experience in Security is a Plus

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
