We are looking for a General Manager to Lead our motel by overseeing our daily operations, developing our staff into a productive team, and controlling our financial budgeting to ensure Business Growth.

Responsibilities
- 3 years stable management experience in Hotel, Motel, or Restaurant Management.
- Passion for and expertise in recruiting, selecting and developing strong team members.
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Request supply/maintenance orders
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Respond to any guest concerns or complaints
- Understanding of facilities management and maintenance
- Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
