What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Processing Technician Cellar Technician position at Mother Kombucha?
Mother Kombucha is seeking a full-time Beverage Processing Tech Cellar Person. This position plays a vital role in the quality of our finished product and requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing of all tanks and fermenters, utilizing excellent sanitation techniques and following SOPs and food safety requirements.
Cleaning and maintaining parts and equipment including hoses, clamps, gaskets, carb stones.
Transferring, filtering, carbonation and kegging of product.
Safe handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
Housekeeping tasks - mopping, sweeping, drain sanitation.
Assist/fill in on packaging line.
Compliance with all GMP, OSHA, Organic and QA processes which will include participation in at least one oversight team.
Timely completion of all required documentation for GMP, Organic and HACCP standards.
Requirements:
Extremely detail oriented - this position is key to assuring the quality of our product.
Strong mechanical and problem solving skills - working with gauges, valves, pumps, pallet jack, CO2.
Strong understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet for 8 hours a day, twist/turn/reach over head and work in standing/walking/crouch positions and on a ladder all at a steady pace.
Must be punctual, excellent with time management and available and willing to start 6am shift.
Safety first mentality!
Preferred:
Prior beverage processing or cellar experience.
Understanding of the fermentation process and interest in kombucha are a big plus but not required!
