Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data analysis, data architecture.
- 5 years of advanced SQL experience, Data profiling, Data quality, and remediation.
- 5 years of ETL mapping, data lineage, Data transformation.
- 5 years in either Teradata, Oracle, or SQL server.
- Experience in implementing data projects in agile methodologies.
- 5 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Extensive knowledge on data research and analysis, data product thinking.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good data analysis skills including root cause analysis.
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on business-to-business survey data.
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and recommend sources, perform data assessment and profile of the data from multiple, cross business sources.
- Identify and capture business and technical Meta data by working with application business owners and technical teams.
- Prepare and execute data quality rules, perform root cause analysis to improve quality of the data for business consumption.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
