Associate procurement

Our client, a multinational leader in personal care and household items manufacturing , is seeking a Procurement Associate to join their team in Mobile, Alabama .

This is a W2 1 year contract with benefits!*

As the Procurement Associate , you will be responsible for entering requisitions for MRO, services, capital equipment, and operating supplies, as well as working with Mill Stores team to transport equipment and parts to final location within the Mill.

You will also reconcile BOMs , submit invoices , and work directly with finance to forecast monthly expense spending . This job uses SAP and Coupa , along with ISN systems .

Responsibilities :

• Assist in expediting and finding equipment parts
• Approve contractors in ISN system and help contractors complete safety orientation
• Pull daily report of any parts pulled from stores to ensure available warranties are executed
• Complete capital project PSR monthly
• Work with procurement personnel to vet suppliers

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years experience in procurement / purchasing
• Experience with SAP , Coupa , and ISN systems
• Experience writing SOWs
