Job Description:
We are helping one of the world's largest equity derivates hire full time AWS Principal Associates. They are looking for someone to come into their Chicago office three days a week. This company has been around for over 50 years and have a great reputation of providing people with stability and market integrity.
You will be working heavily with Kafka. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Kafka infrastructure. You will also be responsible for integrating Kafka with cloud-based systems such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. You will also be required to write automation scripts using Jenkins, Ansible and terraform.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 7 years of experience
- Proficient with Kafka (3 years)
- Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
- Ability to be on Call from 5PM to 7AM for 3 months/year
- Experience with cloud based systems such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Cloud Certification
