Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant software engineer lead with a strong background in .NET and React to join our team on a contract basis. As a consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems and working with our clients to identify and solve their business needs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Professional experience with C# and .NET Core
- Experience building highly complex applications in a microservice based environment
- Experience developing new RESTful API's
- Experience working with AWS and Azure
- Experience with React development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work within a small, fast paced team
- Ability to contribute to development and architecture
- Lead the development of software solutions using .NET and React
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Work with the project team to design and implement software systems that meet the needs of the client
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers on the team
- Ensure the quality of the software being developed by writing unit and integration test
