The Job Support organizational decision-making by transforming health care operations data into concise and actionable system solutions supporting Business Intelligence activities.

You Will

Demonstrates expertise in the data warehouse/data mart life cycle especially with regards to translating business needs into BI solutions.

Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of internal/source information, system modules, structure and data.

Develops ETL code that performs efficiently and accurately.

Creates data cubes that enable end-user access to the data warehouse.

Creates specifications to supply professional report developers a roadmap to building report suites.

Gathers user requirements. Makes presentations to the data warehouse team and participates in group design sessions.

Pursues continuous improvement of data quality, standardization of data management processes, efficiency, and quality of service.

Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.

Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Actively supports the achievement of Vision and Goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or other technology related discipline. A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.

4 years professional experience. 3 years of health care experience (preferred).

Understanding of enterprise data warehousing, dimensional modeling and STAR schemas.

In depth SQL development experience with SQL 2017.

Experience with Transactional SQL (T-SQL), SQL Reporting Service (SSRS) and SSIS packages development. Proficient in the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

Experience Facilitating Data Discovery And Requirements Gathering.

Experience in fine tuning SQL queries and data replication.

Proven understanding of complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.

Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.

Experience with cloud technologies is desired

Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask.

Ability to appropriately maintain confidentiality.

Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, Required.
