- At least 10 years of building and overseeing largescale software products
- 5 years of experience overseeing teams building Web applications
- 2 years of experience in a Director role overseeing Engineering Managers.
- Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, React, Nodejs, GraphQL, REST APIs, Java, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
- Ability to drive strategic direction
- Experience working with Architecture teams to ensure best practices and processes
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior Enterprise level experience
- Financial industry experience
- Salary: 200-250K base
