Required Skills & Experience
- Windows, 10 & 11
- MicroSoft Intune experience, imaging and asset management
- Setting up machines
- Demonstrates working knowledge of standard Windows operating system as related to PC system devices configurations and network configurations.
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktop and laptop systems.
- Ability to resolve multiple client hardware/software technical problems.
- Ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic, volatile environment.
- Ability to get along well and deal with people in all levels of responsibility.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.
- What You Will Be DoingIdentify and resolve computer hardware/software problems through discussions with users.
- Be the go-to person for the junior technicians.
- Update the knowledge base for the team.
- Install and support Windows desktop and notebook systems.
- Provide phone support for identifying and troubleshooting technology-related problems.
- Assist IT operations team to resolve hardware/software problems.
- Utilize the help desk system and adheres to IT Support guidelines.
- Ensure computer standards and policies are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
