Job Description
An established nonprofit in NYC with over 30 programs that provide comprehensive care and services to children and families in need is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role working onsite in Brooklyn 2-3 days per week.
As an IT Manager, you will report to the Director of IT and will supervise the Help Desk staff to ensure the timely delivery of technical support to employees. This will be primarily hands off, but you will also act as the primary escalation point for any support needs that the team is unable to resolve. Their ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing a team.

- 5 years of experience in IT
- 3 years of hands-off management experience
- Experience conducting performance reviews and handling hiring and disciplinary responsibilities
- Skilled in project management
- HIPAA training is a bonus!
