Job Description
A well-known retail company is looking to hire a Manager of IT Support local to Los Angeles on a contract with options to extend or convert to full-time. This person preferably has 5 years of support experience with both Windows and Mac, basic networking, POS systems (ex. Oracle, Lightspeed, etc.), and is able to work on-site at their Beverly Hills location. Someone who can lead on the support front, help train junior support staff, and would be comfortable working cross-functionally in a storefront will fit in perfectly here.

- 2 years Level 3 support
- Windows and Mac support
- Basic network support

- AV equipment setups and troubleshooting

- Scripting (Bash, Powershell, etc.)
