Position: Robotic Process Automation Developer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts and frameworks.
- Work closely with business owners to review and refine business process workflows including identifying areas of possible simplification.
- Guide solution architecture for all projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including the Solution Design Document.
- Mentor and coach business users regarding robotics best practices.
- Monitor all RPA robots in production.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analytics, IT and business owners to test, debug and overcome issues.
- Integrate RPA workflow with different technologies such as OCR, SQL servers, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
- Participate in team meetings including documentation of requirements, development of project plans, status check-ins and test plan design.
- Lead deployment of UiPath new releases / upgrades.
- Develop of technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleaning and other ETL related activities.
- Participate in the design of new or changing mappings and workflows and produce technical specifications.
Education, Requirements & Competencies
- 2 years of experience in with robotics technology, preferably using UiPath tools
- Basic SQL skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
- Ability to understand and document key business processes in collaboration with business owners
- Ability to effectively interact with and communicate with business leaders, analysts and other team members
- Aptitude for process improvement including designing processes for improvement of data transfer from system to system
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
