The company adds more and more to the cloud each day, so they require the engineer to perform networking in Azure as well as general data center networking. They will use some Palo Alto for firewalls, but they will primarily work with border gateway protocols and mainly Cisco for route and switch. The client will utilize the engineer for new project work in Azure, along with break/fix to make improvements in their data center.
This position will be mostly remote but requires the engineer to commute to the client's office 2 days out of the week.

- At least 4 years of experience in networking
- CCNA certification at the very minimum
- Previous work in a data center environment
- Expertise in switching and routing in a border gate protocol environment
- 6 months - 1 year of previous work with Azure cloud networking and eagerness for more intensive work with Azure
- Firewall experience (Palo Alto preferred)
- Enthusiasm and willingness to teach junior members within the team
- Must be able to commute to the office Tuesdays and Thursdays
Desired Skills & Experience
- CCIE and/or CCNP certifications are an immense plus
