Driver (seasonal, part time)

You are dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic          You are teachable and eager to learn and make a difference You take pride in a job well done Motivate is looking for a part- time Driver to operate vehicles to for the purpose of relocating bikes throughout the bikeshare system on the evening shift. About the Role Operate a vehicle for the purpose of moving bikes around the system   Load/unload vehicles with bikes. Dock/undock bikes at stations   Reboot stations, replace station batteries as necessary   Communicate with dispatch using provided phone/radio/GPS unit interface   Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as pre/post trip inspections, replacing bulbs, fluids and regular cleaning  Follow safe work practices and help to create a safe working environment  About You You have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record You are comfortable using a smart phone with apps You are comfortable driving, stopping, and working in busy, urban outdoor environments You are dependable and follow an assigned schedule You follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback to improve performance You can lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, kneel, or stand for long periods of time About Motivate LLC We are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities.
