Serve as acknowledged No2 to Corporate Controller
- Consolidation of foreign subsidiaries including US GAAP conversations
- Partner with Controller and CFO on implementation of flexible capital structure
- Identify team needs to develop a world-class finance organization and take appropriate actions as necessary
- Assist with implementation of new Treasury functions including Risk Management programs in insurance and hedging strategies
- Implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Assist with execution of future acquisitions.
- Accurately implement new accounting guidance.
- Prepare quarterly bank covenant calculations and annual covenant projections.
- Prepare quarterly reconciliation for complex accounts: ESOP and stock compensation.
- Complete and coordinate all annual ESOP deliverables such as census data and reporting.
- Review monthly reconciliations and JE’s of finance team.
- Execute the annual financial statement and benefit plan audits and tax returns.
- Lack of organizational resources to implement and maintain adequate controls.
- Lack of understanding of US GAAP by finance staff
- Lack of IT automation tools

1. Monthly and quarterly closing process completed 100% on time to commit date and accurately.
2. Complete annual audit by April of the following year with no audit adjustments.
3. Implement new and applicable accounting guidance with 100% accuracy.

2-5 years public accounting experience
- 3-5 years in private industry
- CPA/MBA strongly desired
- Experience supervising teams of 4 or more people
