Mott St is looking for an experienced HOST to join our team.
Hours: Part Time, 2-4 shifts / week
Open for Dinner Mondays - Sundays
$15/hour plus tip out

HOSTS are critical in the success of Mott St. They our first team-members that acknowledge and welcome our guests, whether in person or on the phone. Hosts provide the first taste and set the tone to our diners. Their influence is powerful: A sincere greeting is capable of disarming nervous first dates, meeting of future in-laws, and hungry diners; A recognition of a return guest promotes community and care. Previous experience and fluency with Open Table or Tock are super plus!
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all things food and beverage. Has an ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to work in a team to create genuine guest experiences.
Experience and Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in full service restaurants (preferred)
• Has a genuine love of hospitality
• Teachable and excited to learn
• Must have open availability including evenings and weekends.
