Responsibilities:

• Generate and cultivate mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice and assistance
• Analyze financial information, credit reports, and property assessments to determine the best loan options for clients
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and loan programs to offer clients the most suitable mortgage solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Mortgage Loan Officer with a strong portfolio of closed loans
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, loan structuring, and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address clients' needs effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Florida and/or Alabama (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
