Accounts Payable Administrator Wanted in St. Albans, VT
The AP Administrator works directly for the Controller, providing data entry, general administrative and transactional supporting duties.
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, M-F
Length of assignment: 4-12 weeks
Pay: $23.00/hr base
AP Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the accounting department
- Enter accounts payable invoices
- Accounting email account maintenance
- Provide effective and accurate communication to employees and vendors concerning accounts payable
AP Administrator Requirements:
- Associates degree OR three (3) years or more of related bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
