Position Summary
Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for the ongoing and daily operations and preventative maintenance of the offsite buildings and structures, building systems and grounds. The Superintendent is available for on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Experience And Skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Minimum 5 years related experience in construction and experience in building maintenance and operations.
License/Certifications
- Current NYS Driver’s License and any related licenses and certificates.

- The position involves frequent strain due to strenuous work positions; inspection may include indoor and outdoor work in inclement weather and stair and ladder climbing.
