Fire Protection Service Corporation is hiring for an RMR Specialist I in our Corporate Office in Ogden, Utah.

Position Summary :

Effectively and independently processes changes, research discrepancies, and influence all RMR additions while following proper policies and procedures in place for the operation of Sedona Office.

Use software components to keep track of customer data and the integrity of that data. Communicates with branch point of contact on discrepancies and initiates and follows-up on all open issues and requests.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintains regular communication with all general managers, office managers, and branch managers.
• Processes and approves or denies all RMR additions through the job approval process and makes sure all data is correctly reported.
• Communicates with corporate staff in regards to billing new RMR, branch communications, and other accounting processes.
• Processes contracts and verifies given information in Sedona before approving the addition of RMR.
• Initiates "cleanup" of converted old data and duplicate customers as well as duplicate sites, systems and recurring lines.
• Assists with clean up processing of acquisition information with advisement from the Customer Service Manager.
• Completes recurring changes to existing recur lines in the process of moving sites and systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Must read and speak English.
• Flexible style, perseverance, action oriented.
• Clear communication skills (email, phone, in-person) primarily among internal departments.
• Able to handle daily deadline pressure with positive "can-do" attitude.
