Project Manager

Job Overview:

Mountain Division Construction is seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to join our team. This position will spend 90% of the time in the field, overseeing day to day operations of new construction projects. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing residential construction projects from planning stages to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of 1 to 3 projects at a time, depending on scope of project.
• Complete a daily log for each project using construction management software. Daily logs include pictures and descriptions of daily activities.
• Participate in sprint meetings with project coordinator (PC) and keep up with to dos/tasks.
• Include project coordinator on all communication and keep them up to date.
• Stay ahead of subcontractors and monitor job progress to keep it on schedule.
• Report any changes in deadlines and scheduling.
• Identify change orders and communicate them with the project coordinator.
• Be onsite Monday through Friday and keep projects moving forward.
• Complete tasks including but not limited to: site management, masking, framing, demolition, trim, material hauling, etc.
• Conduct onsite meetings with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors surveyors, designers, and any other parties related to project
• Follow all safety standards and safety procedures.
• Use general labor resources to keep jobsite clean and organized.
• Keep all receipts, documents and contracts and send to project coordinators.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years experience as a Project Manager with record for delivering completed projects within budget and on time, is a plus.
• Proficient using Microsoft office and other project management software.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Carpentry skills is a plus.
• Willing to train for the right candidate.

Salary: 80k to 90k, competitive pay based on experience.
