POSITION OVERVIEW

The Property Attendant works as part of a team to successfully complete the day-to-day cleaning, staging, and concierge operations in order to provide excellent hospitality for the clientele and their home.

We are seeking an individual who upholds high standards for the quality of work produced, follows company policies and procedures, and has a high level of professionalism, and very effective communication skills and management. The position focuses on 20 property clients in the Yellowstone Club. It is imperative the individual ensures discretion and respect in the workplace for each client, their families & guests, their property and their assets.

The position requires the ability and commitment to daily commute with co-workers to BIG SKY, MONTANA in a company vehicle with paid drive time. Carpool meets up each morning 7:30 AM in company vehicles driven from Four Corners/BOZEMAN area.

HIRING PROCESS

• Schedule a second Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager and Onsite Property Attendant Managers & Supervisors (1 hour)
• Schedule a third Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager and Company Owners (30 minutes)
• If selected, complete all onboarding paperwork, pass the background check, and select a start date.

POSITION BENEFITS

• Full Time (32 hours per week)
• Starting at $25 per hour $500 sign on bonus
• Two (2) hours of paid travel per diem per day at current pay rate - Traveling in the company vehicle carpool to work in Big Sky

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Perform detailed cleaning of the home, including but not limited to, bathrooms, kitchen, commons living and dining areas, entryways, foyers, ski rooms, mudrooms etc.
• Performs household duties, including but not limited to, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, collecting & hauling trash, fold towels, sheets, napkins
• Perform hospitality staging and beautification process for each room based on client preferences
• Perform and execute monthly cleans, deep cleans, bi-annual and annual projects, work with maintenance employees, daily cleans, arrival preparations, departure turnovers, staging checks,
• Execute clean, straight lines and symmetry in tasks. Strive for perfection
• Assist in managing home inventory, toiletries and products for the client
• Assist in stocking and inventory of household products and items according for the client
• Assist in arrivals, daily’s, departures, and turnover visits/trips for clients
• Assist in preparations, set-ups and take-downs for special events and holidays for clients
• Assist in meeting performance targets and goals with team members
• Have a professional appearance and attitude within the work environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned for successful completion of the property projects and tasks in accordance with set policies, procedures and expectations within a timely manner
• Providing reports and activity updates to management
• Coordinate job rotation and cross-training tasks and duties
• Assist in resolving emergencies within the households and properties
• Identify and resolve workplace problems
• Ensure discretion and respect in the workplace for each client, their families, and their property and assets.
