We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our dynamic service team as a Valet Technician.
Looking for a career change? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for all service positions including our Valet Technicians.
What does a Service Technician do? Technicians help our clients maintain their hot tubs.
Ability to learn how to service electrical, mechanical, or plumping repairs on hot tubs, and how to recognize when may need to bring back to shop for an in-depth diagnosis.
Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships by communicating with internal team members and our customers.
Exhibit attention to details.
Develop knowledge to work with limited or remote supervision/manufacture assistance.
Maintain a working knowledge of the hot tub industry and new service issues.
Able to work outside of normal business hours (on a per needed basis).
Work is outside (any type of Montana weather).
