Mountain Lakes Management, LLC a rapidly growing organization with its primary focus in the healthcare sector seeks a professional payroll administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complete payroll process with support from HR Director
- Have all processes documented for back-up reference.
- Processes changes to wages and salaries when proper authorization is submitted.
- Maintain PTO Records and calendar for time off.
- Manage all time management issues, questions, adjustments.
- Be the primary contact for all payroll, time, overtime etc..with support from the HR Director as necessary.
- Processes changes to benefit and tax withholdings as necessary due to open enrollment, changes in deduction amounts or when life events occur.
- Process any required garnishments.
- Onboarding and Outboarding processes including but not limited to:
· Tracking of new hire dates and coordinating with hiring supervisor and Talent Acquisition/HR Setting up employee for time management
Experience
2 plus years suitable experience required
Ability to work in fast paced/hands-on environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
