Mountain Laurel Integrated Healthcare (MLIH) is seeking a Team Leader for our ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program. This position works collaboratively with transdisciplinary team members in order to meet integrated health needs of the population served by the team. This population consists of chronic mentally ill patients, with behavioral health and/or dual diagnoses. Act Team Leader provides clinical, organizational, and administrative leadership to the ACT Team.

Minimum Requirements: Professional license in the State of West Virginia. Experience in behavioral health services with some experience in a supervisory capacity.
