  • Oversee and manage Civil Engineering Division
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of post PE licensed experience
  • Manage company clients including but not limited to County Road Departments, Oil & Gas Industry clients, Utility clients, City Municipalities and Independent Land Development clients.
  • Project management skills to meet client expectations, achieve budgets and maximize profitability
  • Prepare proposals, assist in business development, and client relations
  • Achieve successful project outcomes through civil design, quality control, and team leadership
  • Utilize Civil 3D to prepare, review and revise technical drawings
  • Supervise other licensed PE’s and support staff related to civil projects
  • Assist with company recruitment
  • Represent Mountain Plains in a professional and courteous manner through professional leadership

 

 

Salary DOE:$115K-$135K
