Hot Tub Technician

Mountain Spa Cleaners is a leading provider of hot tub experiences. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of quality and customer service. We are currently seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to join our dynamic team for part time position and with eventually become a full time! We are a very dynamic and lean team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Tub Service Technician. The primary role of this position is to ensure that our hot tubs are in pristine condition and ready for our clients to enjoy. The successful candidate will not be responsible for repairs or mechanical work, but will focus on maintaining cleanliness, ensuring optimal water quality, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect hot tubs for cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as changing water, cleaning filters, and adjusting chemical levels.
• Ensure that hot tubs are ready for use by monitoring and adjusting temperature controls.
• Perform minor cosmetic maintenance such as cleaning hot tub covers and surrounds.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing a high level of customer service and answering any questions they may have about hot tub usage and maintenance.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay up-to-date with product features and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all service visits, including notes on any issues identified and actions taken.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Knowledge of hot tub maintenance and care is advantageous, but not required as training will be provided.
• A valid driver's license is required!
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Incline Village, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
