Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

This is a remote position

This role includes handling all the needed functions and overseeing a lot of office functions for the owner of the company. This may in the short term include some hiring, organizing, setting up online systems, scheduling, and running meetings. You would be a project manager.......where you will work specifically on a few projects at a time with the objective of handing them off to others to run after they are built. We think very differently about our work than most places and you will be in the center of figuring out how to make things work. Please apply for more details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Office 365: 1 year (Preferred)
  • office management: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Cadillac, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
