This position reports to the Corporate Senior Benefits & Systems Supervisor and is responsible for daily supervision of (2) Benefit Systems Coordinators. and the Senior Benefits Systems Administrator. This is an exempt position. Principle areas of responsibilities shall include but aren’t limited to:
System – Manage configuration of benefit plans, processes, and life events in Oracle HCM. Develop and oversee processes and reports to test and ensure integrity of Benefits data, as needed. Oversee and manage Oracle HCM Cloud testing for patches, upgrades, special projects, new functionality, and enrollment events. Manage set up of Benefit enrollment events, such as Open Enrollment and Admin Events, and corrective actions in Oracle HCM. Maintain technical and functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits systems using available resources, such as upgrade release notes, Oracle Customer Connect, and Oracle University. Analyze and audit HR/Benefits reports and interfaces. Work with IT to create, change or correct reports/interfaces, as needed. Query data from system for clinic lists, mailing lists, etc. Backup interface submission processes.
Insurance Programs- Assist with dental and vision claim issues. Reconcile the monthly Clinic billings.
Complete regular review of Possible Identity Issue Report from carrier, work with them to correct any claims paid in error and give direction to the locations to make employees aware of possible identity theft. Lead research and validation of 1095-C and 1094-C data and forms.
General/Human Resources – Assist with hiring and testing of applicants. Conduct post offer processes and new hire orientation for Corporate office staff. Overall responsibility for maintaining updated benefits related documents on the Company intranet and HCM Employee Resources. Assist the Senior Benefits & Systems Supervisor and Benefits Manager with projects as needed.
Requirements: 3 years of HRIS experience (Oracle HCM cloud preferred). Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, IT or related area. Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
