Role Summary Administer variable compensation plans, in partnership with key stakeholders, to ensure accurate and timely commission and bonus calculations and payouts. Serve as main point of contact to employees, researching and resolving commission- and bonus-related inquiries. Advise on applicability and compliance of proposed compensation plans and practices. Produce monthly and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis required for accurate financial management and business decisioning. Conduct periodic audits and updates of sales commission system to ensure ongoing accuracy. Continually evaluate procedures and processes, revising as necessary to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure pay practices are compliant with internal policies and external regulations Required Qualifications 4 years of extensive compensation, HR, or Finance experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written Heightened attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical skills and examples of data driven decision making Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to hit deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage the highest level of confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field Prior experience with development, implementation and/or administration of variable compensation plans Prior hands-on experience with compensation management and HRIS systems Experience in the financial services industry, preferably mortgage lending The expected salary range for this position is between: $74,100.00 - $88,700.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
