REQUIREMENTS

Cast Member Roles:

Working at Moxmoe’s is all about teamwork, having pride in the food you are making, and serving every guest the delicious food they are craving.

• You will learn new skills & make new friends
• You will learn the basics of our menu in addition to basic food safety and sanitation rules
• Help with philantropic projects through the Moxmoe Highlight Fund
• Start working towards becoming an assistant manager

CASHIER:

As a cashier, you have the responsibility to make each guest know they are important to us by greeting them energetically and sincerely when they enter the restaurant.

• Cashiers ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back the guest's order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system.
• This is a key role in the restaurant because you are to be efficient in processing orders, but also need to bring your natural, friendly personality forward to make each guest feel like they are "famous."
• Handling payments and rewards accounts takes focus and precision, which is why each cashier is trained thoroughly prior to being independent.

SLICER/GRILLER/EDITOR:

• You will prepare and present our great food according to company specifications.
• You will be trained in how to use the equipment**, resources and tools needed to prepare only the best product for our guests.

**Age restrictions apply to equipment use.

Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required. Earnings based on experience. Tips will also be added to hourly wages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
