What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Assistant Manager position at Mozart Earhart & Me?
Mozart Earhart & Me is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team! We are seeking a team player who is customer service oriented and wants to work with people every day.
Essential Functions:
- Provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience by being helpful and knowledgeable
- Handle returns and exchanges of merchandise
- Assist customers with finding the right products by being knowledgeable about the brands we sell
- Process POS (point of sale) transactions
- Work as a team player to ensure that each customer gets the help and assistance they need
- Assist other team members in assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have 4 years of Retail Sales experience
- Able to work in a non-stop environment
- Able to lift up to 40lbs. and standing for entire shift
- College Degree Preferred
- Must have weekend & holiday availability (we are only closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
