About the Job:
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
- Knowledge of Excel/Isolved Payroll Software/Quantum Project Manager/Oracle Textura Payment Management/Procore
- Construction Management/C/F Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Organized, friendly, and team-oriented
Duties include:
- Preparation of payroll and employee maintenance through payroll Software.
- Maintain annual FSA enrollment and Non-Discrimination Testing.
- Maintain and process 401k contributions.
- Analysis, Recording and Preparation of bank and Credit Card reconciliations.
- Maintain general edger including cash disbursement, cash receipts, Accounts receivable and Accounts payable, Deposit on material and Sales.
- Processing of expense reports.
- AIA Construction billing.
- Calculation and preparation of sales and use tax returns for NJ, NY and PA.
- Process Year End and 1099's.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet related to construction billing.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance
