We are searching for a team player who has experience and comfortability processing weekly payroll in our UKG Payroll System. What you will be doing:
The Payroll Specialist is a member of the Finance team and will ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in daily data entry Payroll processing.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Associate Degree
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of Ascentis/UKG Payroll System
- Strong work ethic and team player
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

- Salary range listed between 50k-60k
- Sign-on bonus: $1,000
