The Customer Success Sales Rep plays an integral role in the ongoing growth of MP's success by partnering with a segment of the existing client base to drive revenues and increase client satisfaction. Driving revenue will be accomplished through educating our existing base of customers on our HR Outsourcing Services, HCM technology stack and ancillary product opportunities for their continued success. Increased client satisfaction will be driven through ensuring seamless delivery of service and implementations.
The expectation for this position is that they will meet with 8 to 10 clients each week including existing and newer clients that are currently onboarding.
This position can be done remotely.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Driving Expansion Revenue
- Identify, develop and drive action plans to sell new services and offerings to existing clients.
- Function as a resource for clients to assist with all aspects of their buying experience in a seamless and timely manner.
- Partner with teammates internally that currently service the client to ensure a seamless sales and service process.
- Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives.
- Comprehensively understand all value add services and get clients to purchase and utilize services that fit their needs, most importantly our HR Outsourcing Services.
- Develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision maker's Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and asking for referrals for net new logos to refer to our Account Executive Team.
- Strive to consistently gain technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge.
Measurement
- Design strong objectives and targets for the position and track success against those objectives.
- Design and build strong measurements to track the utilization of client population.
- Measure the customer satisfaction of clients.
- This is a quota carrying role
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience developing revenue generating relationships in the Human Capital Management Industry, preferably ASO/HR Services/PEO sales
- Strong business acumen and confidence to provide consultation to c-suite clients.
- Proactive, results-oriented self-starter who is passionate about business development and sales and embraces an attitude of personal accountability. Should possess initiative and creativity in achieving sales results within a competitive and complex industry.
- Personable with the ability to build quick trust and relationships.
