Associate User Researcher

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level User Researcher to manage a critical project for Real Estate Lease Admin domain for ***** account. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications

Technical Skills:

• 2+ Years of exp with qualitative and quantitative data
• Can understand data insights when reading prior research studies
• Able to take notes during live session and transcribe from audio/video of session
• Can manage participant recruiting, including scheduling, communication, and follow up
• Can manage test facility - setting up space, printing materials, greeting participants, etc.
• Primary Skills Needed: User Experience and Data Quality
• Preferred Skills: Software Testing, Java

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Looks to cross-functional team and manager to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important in their work.
• Deadlines and deliverables set by more senior peers

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 2+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
