What is an entry-level solar sales representative?

We are currently filling limited openings for our Entry-level Solar Field Representatives. In this role, you would be responsible for having face-to-face conversations with Homeowners, creating excitement about their potential to have solar panels, and scheduling them for a solar assessment with someone from our closer team.

As this is a role with high potential for growth based on performance and metrics, the ideal candidate is someone looking to build a long-term career in sales or renewable energy, with a positive mental attitude, naturally funny, a People person, Conversational, Energetic, Goal Oriented and believes Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Responsibilities

How much are the Income Expectations:

On-target earnings with base pay, commissions, and bonuses are $52,000-$100,000. This role has Weekly Pay and a W2.

Participate in daily in-office training to help increase your earning potential, learn team building, and take advantage of Promotion opportunities.

Generate Solar Appointments with Homeowners.

Ensure customers are excited and Sit for the appointment.

Help homeowners lower ConEd bills while Saving the Environment

Support Solar Specialists through effective communication and note-taking.

What are the Qualifications?
