Job responsibilities include answering phones and scheduling appliance repair service requests with technicians on scheduling software. Calls are managed on 4 inbound phone lines as well as through email and our web site. Warranty repairs will require submission for payment, which requires necessary computer skills to manage manufacturers web sites. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
