Responsibilities:
Our Inside Marketing Representatives are responsible for the first impression our company makes with a potential customer. This is our "A-Team". Through listening to the homeowners' needs over the phone you will schedule a complimentary in-home evaluation with a specialist who will help them determine a solution to better maintain their biggest investment.

What it takes to be successful:
This energetic, positive, and self-motivated star will possess the following background, experience, skills, and attributes:
- Prefer experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate but not required
- Confidence to speak to new people on the phone
- Driven individual who seeks to Meet or Exceed Productivity and Performance goals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive, upbeat, and savvy communicator
- Career oriented
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Strong work ethic, professional manner, and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED - Some College Preferred
- Reliable Transportation to Office
- Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

- Ashland, VA 23005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
