Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
- Lead management – you will be responsible leads from inbound calls, emails, online chats, and website form requests.
- Inside Sales – you will help potential clients recognize our value proposition, booking projects and following up on any unsold leads.
- Scheduling – you will be responsible for managing schedules for our field personnel
- Managing Customer Expectations – you will communicate with customers to guide them through their projects helping them to understand what they can expect from us.
- Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great customer service experience that impresses every customer.

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position as our Customer Service Representative.
- Live within the area (Kent County or eastern Ottawa County)
- Able to work at our office in Wyoming
- Have three or more years of experience in an office setting as a CSR
- Experience with inside sales so you are comfortable booking potential customers
- Solving problems must come easily to you
- Possess professional communication and phone skills
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
Benefits & Pay for the Customer Service Representative
The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending upon your customer service experience.
