MRA-The Management Association is seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support our members' Human Resources needs on-site and hybrid.
As a Human Resources Business Partner at MRA, you may support our member companies in various ways with:
Evaluate HR functions for compliance and best practices
Identify risks and improvement opportunities
HR Systems Implementation & Integration
Select, implement, and streamline HR systems
HR Strategy
Create and refine overall HR strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree and experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 1 hour each way to member work locations
PHR/SPHR certification a plus
