An MRA member is looking to add a National Account Manager to their team. This member offers HR services to their clients.
Purpose of Position:
Our client relationships are a top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional service.
Scope:
The National Account Manager leads customer service activities to support their clients. This individual responds to and resolves issues, inquiries, and opportunities presented by all stakeholders. They provide timely responses to clients and their candidates within predefined service level agreements. The National Account Manager acts with courage, empathy, diplomacy, and candor. The successful candidate will demonstrate near flawless execution of the above and serve as a resource for the entire team.

This job operates in a professional office environment. Collaboration occurs with team members across multiple locations enabled with standard office technology. Travel may occasionally be required to visit customer sites depending on the needs of the business.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Traditional office hours with flexibility to meet customer requirements as needed.
