An MRA member is looking to add a National Account Manager to their team. This member offers HR services to their clients.

Purpose of Position:

Our client relationships are a top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional service.

Scope:

The National Account Manager leads customer service activities to support their clients. This individual responds to and resolves issues, inquiries, and opportunities presented by all stakeholders. They provide timely responses to clients and their candidates within predefined service level agreements. The National Account Manager acts with courage, empathy, diplomacy, and candor. The successful candidate will demonstrate near flawless execution of the above and serve as a resource for the entire team.

Activities:

  • Nurtures and grows the relationship between us and the assigned client portfolio.
  • Conducts business reviews and proactively identifies ways we can better support our clients.
  • Responsible for client advocacy, developing cross-functional responses to customer program needs.
  • Responds to email inquiries promptly and provides timely and accurate feedback answering questions related to employment, drug, and motor vehicle screening.
  • Evaluates metrics, budgets, and other account performance management data to support account health.
  • Acts as dedicated point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as account maintenance and ensuring invoice accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge of account management and customer service principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a customer advocate.

Preferred but not Required:

  • Knowledge of background screening process and industry.
  • SAAS industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. Collaboration occurs with team members across multiple locations enabled with standard office technology. Travel may occasionally be required to visit customer sites depending on the needs of the business.

Traditional office environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Traditional office hours with flexibility to meet customer requirements as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
