Associate Creative Director, Art

MRM is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art who specializes in cutting-edge, forward thinking work and marketing solutions for globally recognized brands. You've honed your creative talents for concepting and designing, priding yourself on your problem-solving skills and prowess for presenting. While you consider yourself a brand steward, you strive-and proactively seek-opportunities for innovation and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

* Generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand

* Produce work for a range of online and offline mediums-TV, print, websites, flash banners, landing pages, emails, social media and mobile

* Set the visual tone and mood for compelling storytelling

* Stay current on existing, new and emerging digital technology

* Present work internally and to clients

* Manage and develop direct reports

* Mentor other creatives

* Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy

* Coordinate resources to meet deadlines

* Be a part of new business pitches

Requirements

* 10 years of relevant work experience

* Experience working on accounts in the financial service sector

* Innovative creative vision

* Polished portfolio of your work

* Strong presentation skills

* Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

* Ability to nurture, mentor and manage
