What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader position at MRNA - Marine?
Employees of this class are expected to work with some degree of independence and motivation. This individual will be loading boats and parts on transportation trailers for delivery to dealers.

Essential Job Functions: (responsibilities, duties and standards of the position, including supervisory level and reporting relationship) |
- Must be able to wash and clean boats. This requires lifting, pulling and pushing.
- Must be able to load boats and parts on transportation trailers using straps, ratchets and ropes
- Must be able to read the load schedule
- Perform housekeeping on a daily basis to maintain a safe work environment.
- Must be able to operate a tractor and a forklift.
- Must be able to climb on trailers.
- Responsible for checking quality as this is the last inspection of G3 product before delivered to our customers.

- Observe all safety rules in performance of duties.
- Must have good attendance
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be able to work inside or outside
- Must have forklift certification
- Self motivated
