Human Resources and Credentialing Coordinator 

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of MRPG’s Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources and Credentialing Coordinator supports MRPG’s growth activity and provider needs as they are related to data entry in our HR, Payroll, and Credentialing systems.  This role tracks providers’ progress throughout the onboarding stages of employment and coordinates the related efforts of MRPG departments throughout; is responsible for provider benefit administration, offers administrative recruitment support, and maintains personnel and contract file systems.  Additionally, the Human Resources and Credentialing Coordinator works on employee appreciation and other HR initiatives throughout Milford Regional to recognize and support our system’s great employees.  

Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience working in a Human Resources role, Credentialing role, and/or an outpatient healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in using technology in an accurate and efficient manner, specifically the MS office suite including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.  Familiarity with HRIS systems is helpful
• Ability to perform with flexibility and meticulous attention to detail required
• Must be able to address all issues with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Must be effective working independently as well as on teams and with other departments
