Location: This position works onsite in our Loan Operations Department in Ste. Genevieve, MO.
Reports to: Loan Operations Manager
Classification: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with rotating every 4th Saturday, 8am -noon)

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Essential Functions
- Maintains trustworthiness, character, professionalism, confidentiality and honesty in dealing with internal or external customers;
- Help personal banker and loan officers with questions regarding processing, underwriting and closing of loans;
- Process loans applications in a timely manner;
- Order appraisals, obtain payoffs and releases, credit reports, OFAC, HELOC checks, geocodes, flood certs, homeowners insurance and other required documents to complete the loan file;
- Coordinate and work with title companies;
- Prepare loan documents;
- Scanning loan documents;
- Based on underwriting decision, finish process for loan closing or mail adverse action notice to borrowers.
- Coordinates closings;
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports as required by management;
- Booking and funding of closed loans;
- Review loan file files for completeness, accuracy and compliance standards;
- Upload loans on our system;
- Completing draws and advances on loans;
- Processing loan payments including setting up auto transfers, a one-time ACH, one time from a deposit account;
- Assist loan department in the collection of information for annual reviews;
- Collection of information required on the “Exception Report”;
- Adheres to MRV Banks’ Standards, supporting a favorable environment for open communication and addresses concerns or problems in an open manner;
- Research and resolve problems, acting as liaison between other bank departments when necessary;
- Maintain the bank’s files for customer safekeeping receipts, loan and trust collateral receipts, commercial resolutions, powers of attorney, court orders, levies, miscellaneous deposit documentation and general correspondence;
- Maintains attendance with the ability to work a schedule that may include working overtime, nights, weekends and holidays;
- Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and scanners.
