We are hiring immediately for a Quality Liaison to join our AL team! Experience managing communication between automotive OEM customers & tier one suppliers alike is preferred. Prior automotive seating quality experience will be heavily favored.

Experience in handling non-conforming material

Job Description:
Provide support to customers with quality problems related to products
Provide follow-up on quality issues at the customer’s side
Ensure the correct communication, in a timely manner of any quality issue at the customer's plant.
Monitor the clean point sent to the customer for any quality problem
Act as the direct contact between the quality customer and the plant
Act as a negotiator between the customer and the plant
Direct the rework process of parts at the customer’s plant (when necessary and approved by the customer)
