Job Posting for Regional Quality Supervisor at MS Companies
As a RegionalQuality Supervisor, you will manage a team of supervisors for our clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction while managing quality team members and auditing for compliance to quality objectives; case management supporting profitability; and coaching, training, mentoring, and leading supervisors as step to improve morale and increase retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintaining quality supervisors and service by training employees; developing personal growth opportunities and enforcing company standards.
Coaching, training, mentoring, and leading supervisors as step to improve morale and increase retention
Implementing and coordinating quality control program to prevent or eliminate defects in products by performing the following duties.
Managing cases to support profitability
Maintaining safe and clean work environments by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Providing quality manufacturing support by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production records and suggesting and implementing cost reductions.
Maintaining quality by monitoring the process, control points, equipment, personnel and resources.
Maintains collaborative relationship with the Customer through detailed communication and documentation
Resolving personnel problems by employee complaints and collaborating with Human Resources.
Travel to Customer locations to assist with problem solving as needed
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Associate’s or other two-year technical degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in an Automotive Manufacturing or Production environment
Ability to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills as well as adaptability and the desire to make a difference
Superior team leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
